Here is how our plan works:

You send us a client, we immediately will be in touch with them to make all arrangements to provide them with up to date listings and general information for our area. 

After your client purchases a home or property through us we will send you a confirmation of your 30% referral fee payable upon closing.

We will continue to be in touch with your client throughout the years and if we list or sell them a property we will forward on to you 10% of the commission payable as a further Thank You Bonus.

This process will continue for as long as they remain our customers.
